1.Start Menu Search
This is one of fastest way to start powershell, we can click the Start or Search icon, and then type “powershell” in the search box.

Then we can click Open or Run as Administrator.
Run as Administrator is important, it can allow us to change some settings of powershell.
2.Shift + Right-Click Context Menu
You can press Shift and the right mouse button to open right-click context menu to open powershell.
