Media is a post type of wordpress, it also can save some revisions when you are uploading, we can use Disable Post Revision Plugin to disable them.
How to?
Step 1. Download and active Disable Post Revision
You can download this plugin in here.
Step 2. Open your WordPress Writings Settings
Select Media in Disable Post Revisions, and save.
