If we use top command to check the usage of cpu and memory on ubuntu, we may find the percent of cup is bigger than 100%.
Look at below:
Why %CPU > 100%?
The main reason is that your computer is a multi-core system.
For example, if you have 4 cores, the %393.3 is the total usage of all cores.
