We only be allowed to input pure text in wordpress tag and category description, we can not bold text, change the color of text, et al. But we can use Visual Term Description Editor plugin to do it.
How to?
Step 1. Install and active Visual Term Description Editor Plugin
Step2. Click Tags and Categories, you may find the default editor is replaced.
